Sacred Heart exists to lead everyone into fullness of life in Jesus

Welcome to Sacred Heart,

Here at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, we expect all our volunteers and leaders to practice our mission to lead everyone into fullness of life in Jesus who gave his life for every person.

We hold each other accountable to our mission by practicing the virtues of Devout Faith and Generous Service with an attitude of Infectious Gospel Joy. We trust in Jesus, follow his plan, and pray daily. We put others and our common mission before ourselves and work together as a team. When we lead, we make ourselves servants. In good times and bad, we remember our Joy in Jesus’ love, consoling one another with his cross and always giving thanks for his gifts. Being a volunteer or leader in the church is a privilege, not a right. These virtues are a requirement.

It is our hope that everyone who calls Sacred Heart their home will make this mission and these virtues their own. They are not only for our volunteers and leaders. Our parish commitment is more than that, it is a community culture. Everyone who walks in our doors should recognize this commitment in who we are.
